I will show you how applying those two words to your everyday to-do’s helps you become free to BE YOU, and how this YOU then creates a life YOU love.
My Signature Process
I’ve spent the last 10 years developing this step-by-step process, using it in my own life and in the lives of others. My signature process uses ancient wisdom + modern science + practical skills that are easy to follow and uses what already exists… YOU + your life + your to-do’s.

You don’t have to add more to your busy life, you don’t have to study endless hours, and you don’t have to go to a workshop to get started. I offer a 5 week “get started/get present” package to begin to teach you the “how.” We will have 5 one hour coaching calls that focus on how to get to know YOU. You will stop reacting to what you don’t want and learn how to consciously create what you do want. In our time together we will create 3 meaningful to-do’s that will bring out the best in YOU, help you live in the present, and return JOY to your daily routine.
